I think a business is a projection of what is in the entrepreneur’s mind and heart. The projection of the mind is what the public sees when they walk through the door or click on the site. If the business is appealing and the products or services are easy to understand, then the entrepreneur’s mind is clear and determined. His or her creativity shows. A well decorated, comfortable space represents an obvious interest in the customer experience. Anything less shows a disdain from within the heart of the founder. That disdain transfers to the products and services. It’s easy to follow the trail.
