Outcomes

Rather than projecting the outcome, I have conditioned myself to focus on the matter in front of me. I'm not sure which way the matter is going to go, I just know that I have met it right then and there. I see it as a story that I can write as I go. So someone does something, a course of action is taken, and I take my action, and they take another one. I like to ask. "Where do I want this story to go?" What I do right then will send it into a direction. I'm not sure what turns I will take later or if I will just go straight. That does not matter. I just know what I want right then and there. And to the demands placed on me, I like to ask, "What, if I do that, does that look like?" Again, it is for that moment. It's always for that moment.
