Today, October 12, 2017, during morning meditation I visited my subconscious farm and planted “Surety.” The attribute goes beyond just being sure of yourself, it means to be that - and sure of others, that they read you, that they are considering you, and that all you have to do is let others make their decisions. Internalizing surety frees you from the stress of worry that you have not done enough or said enough. It guarantees an authentic outcome. And as a result it means quality in relationships. It paves the way for you to be you and for others to be themselves. It’s a healthy way to approach interaction, leaving space, or silence, between the lines, giving yourself and others a chance to replenish.
